U+A was once again under the spotlight following the overwhelmingly positive response to the highly anticipated Dubai Properties Group “Marasi” project. The outdoor/indoor mixed use development with its unique floating homes is to be built along the Business Bay Canal in Dubai. Following a year long design development DP had launched the project at a press-conference on the 24th May 2016, which was followed by a exclusive viewing of HH Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashed Al Maktoum on May 26th.
