Villa The Palm Jumeirah

U+A was commissioned to refurbish an existing villa on Palm Jumeirah, Dubai, UAE. The 830 m² villa’s new program includes 4 bedrooms, a family living room, maids room and guest quarters. The project presented many challenges with regards to accommodating the client’s requirements within the existing conditions of the villa and its structure.
