U+A is excited to announce the commencement of the Main Works package of our project, Creek Crescent, located on the northern tip of the Dubai Creek Harbour Island District. The project developed by Emaar Properties consists of a residential tower of 22 floors integrated with podiums accommodating townhouses along the promenade edge and a fully landscaped amenity area on the boulevard side of the project.
U+A who is the lead consultant on this project, whose scope also involves site supervision, designed the project from concept till IFC.
