Damac Akoya Ventura LC

U+A was commissioned to conceptualise a mixed-use residential and commercial tower for Damac Akoya development in Dubai, UAE. The structure was designed to be an ancillary building to the adjacent community shopping mall. The 29 storey tower is composed of 1,2 and 3 bedroom apartments, an office block and recreational facilities.
