DPG Business Bay Promenade

U+A was commissioned as the Masterplaner and Architect for the refurbishment and public realm improvements of Business Bay canal masterplan in Dubai, UAE. The development is composed of a series of pocket parks each with their own retail and recreational facilities. The Masterplan also includes a large new Marina and a variety of innovative floating structures, such as high-end serviced villas, F&B outlets and a club house.
