Nikki Beach and Rossobay

Nikki Beach and Rossobay is a waterfront development located at the southwest corner of the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah, consisting of four reclaimed islands totaling an area of approximately 2.7 million square kilometers. The development is envisioned to become a primary waterfront address for living, leisure, and tourism in Ras Al Khaimah.

The U+A Concept team is currently designing Residential Beachfront Apartments of around 240,000 sqm GFA and a Retail Beachfront Promenade of approximately 4,000 sqm GFA. The residential apartment buildings will focus on offering end users a coastal lifestyle experience, with ocean views, a unique retail village, and a Private Beach Club.
