Rosebay Residence Development

Rosebay Residence is an ingenious, innovative response to the specific housing needs for young urban professionals of Dubai. For a lifestyle in a development that called for less density than Downtown Dubai, U+A designed a four storey apartment building elevated on pylons over an open street level parking area. The generously glazed suites overlook a green space. The wall surfaces and decorative details on the exterior and interior use a mix of engineered and natural materials.
