Zaya Dubai Marina Tower

Dubai Marina Tower is an iconic residential complex designed to take full advantage of its unique location and surrounding views. The tower is comprised of residential, commercial and leisure facilities.

The proposed design focuses on repetition and standardization in order to make the construction cost effective.  This is achieved in the project by dividing the entire mass into two tiers using a unique sky lobby, and repeating two typical floors, one in the lower tier and the other in the higher tiers.

The Tower is designed to take into consideration the stunning surrounding views, where the larger apartments are located on the corners to provide the ultimate view to the golf course beyond.
